Azerbaijan Carry Over Rules

There is no limit stated for carrying-over for the next year/years, as there is no rule ‘use it or lose it’.

Employer's refusal to grant an employee a leave of absence shall be prohibited. If an employee has not used the vacation in the relevant working year for one reason or another, he/she shall be paid compensation for the unused vacation for the given working year (working years) in accordance with the established procedure and amount.
