Candidate ID in Cascade



Candidate’s ID 

When a candidate’s details are entered into Cascade the system automatically  creates a unique numerical ID for this candidate. This ID will serve to monitor the candidate in the system until their contract is fully signed. This also allows Payroll Team to identify the candidate correctly during this period of time. Once  the contract is fully signed,  HR will need to change the ID to the correct one as reflected by the JD. Thus, any ID that is not in the JD format, suggests that the contract is not fully signed up by all sides yet.
