Contract Extension

When a client and employee agree to extent a contract of employment, Legal needs to amend the existing contract and send a copy to both. Consequently, a work order should be created on the system (Cascade, Fieldglass (for Morgan Stanley and Verizon) or IQN for Amdocs) and accepted by Ron.


In some countries (Germany, Poland, Turkey and El Salvador) a wet signature is needed for that purpose. The following procedure applies when wet signature is needed: 

  1. We get the agreements (amendment and TO) signed by DocuSign. 
  2. We then ask the other party (whether it’s client or employee) to print the electronically signed document, add their wet signature x2 copies- and courier this to XML. 
  3. Optional: XML then signs with wet signatures and couriers back to the client/employee.
