Contractors - Employee Number for Continuous Work
Continuous work with the same client
|
Sometimes contractors have a continuous work with the same
client that is based on delivering new projects and deliverables. Each time
they finish a project, they start another.
It should be noted that each contract must have a unique
contract reference – so amendments will appear sometimes with ‘A’ or ‘B’ and
different service contracts with ‘1’, ’2’ etc.
However, note this is still the same person, hence the same
employee number should be retained for them even when the contract number is
being amended.
