Entitlement and Carry Over Rules - Rwanda

Entitlement:

After 1 year, entitled to 1.5 working days per month of service (= 18 w/days), plus one working day for each three (3) years of service with the same employer, max. 21 working days. Different terms, if more beneficial to an employee, can be agreed upon in a contract.

Carryover:

The right to request for an annual leave expires in a period of 2 years counted from the date the employee had right to leave.
