Family Leave Entitlement - Spain

Under measures included in Royal Decree 5/2023 that took effect on June 30, 2023, employees in Spain are entitled to expanded leave entitlement and the possibility to reduce their working time. The Decree aims to implement European Union directive 2019/1158. More details could be found at this link.
