Fieldglass Access for Verizon Candidates

After the personal email address of the candidate is added on Fieldglass, the system sends them an automatic email from the mail address fieldglass@fieldglass.net with subject line ,,Welcome to the SAP Fieldglass system". Within the email would be a link, and the candidate should complete the setup of their account themselves.
Please note, this mail might go to the Junk/Spam folder. In case the candidate did not receive it, they should reach out to FG support team at https://support.fieldglass.com/.
