·         FTCs are allowed;

·         Maximum duration: 2 years (there are some exceptions when FTC can exceed 2 years, but should be decided on case by case basis).

·         Extensions: can be repetitively renewed but total period of continuous employment cannot exceed 2 years;

·         Get converted to open-ended: if exceeds 2 years
