France - meals

French employees might be eligible for meal voucher/reimbursement benefit.

The payment of a restaurant ticket is mandatory from the moment that the employee does not have a lunchroom with a refrigerator, a microwave, a table, a chair and the utensils necessary.
If the employee is forced to go out to eat outside due to a lack of facilities, then the employer must provide for the support of at least 50% of a restaurant ticket.
If everything is in place, there is no obligation.

For employees who work from home, this will depend on whether there are restaurant titles in the company for which they work. Employees must enjoy the same benefits without distinction between them according to the type of contract.

So, if XML's client offers restaurant tickets to one employee, they have to offer for all.
