Benefits in Israel

Typical benefits in Israel are:

-       public health care – mandatory,

-       pension - mandatory it has accident/disability coverage, some employers offer another layer of pension as a benefit,

-       education fund 7,5% covered by employer, 2,5 covered by employee, usually tax free,

-       car allowance might be offered - depending on the role, if it’s WHF it wouldn’t be applicable,

-       phone allowance,

-       private medical care - reimbursement with BUPA, offered by big companies, it’s less and less popular in Israel but it’s possible to offer in case the candidate asks for it.
