IT Equipment Purchased by the Worker

 

Please see below information about the process that needs to be followed when the worker purchases IT Equipment and submits for Reimbursement:

  1. Candidate must submit these as expenses with the detailed specifications related the IT equipment with supporting bills. The invoice they receive for this purchase, needs to be addressed to XML Entity they are contracted with, for the finance team to process the reimbursement. 
  1. Onboarding team must educate the candidate during the induction process and emphasize stating that it's the client’s property and at the end of the engagement the individual will be expected to return it (and its content) to the client (unless agreed otherwise).   • For the most of this cases, we will be informed of such events when the finance receives these expenses at their end, however, if you are aware of the above, ensure that you reach out to legal to issue the attached letter which must be signed by the candidate.
