Millicom New Joiners Annual Leave Rule



New Joiners 

No annual leave can be taken by new joiners until 3 months are worked. 


After 3 months, annual leave may be permitted to be taken but only accrued annual leave that is proportionate to length of service, can be taken – 


(15 annual leave days / 12 months) = 1.25 annual leave days accrue for every full month worked.
