Onboarding Steps (to be followed by the Onboarding Team) 1. Client creation – Agiloft, Cascade (in JobDiva client will always be marked as Remundo) 2. New Starter creation in Cascade and initiate the onboarding workflow 3. Assign pre-onboarding documents (CV, External Employee Handbook, ID card, New Starter Form, Passport Copy, Proof of Address, Proof of Bank Account, SNN card or birth certificate in case no passport) 4. Video verification call to be scheduled and completed 5. Adding candidate details in Agiloft 6. Contract request in Agiloft 7. Contract issued for approval 8. Once approved issued for candidate’s signature/fully signed 9. BGV and Visa to be checked (if needed) 10. W4 Form - Employee USA form to be assigned Contract fully signed (HR Team) 11. Contract details updated in Cascade 12. Candidate fills in their personal details in Cascade 13. Registration in Trinet (new hire in the system) – done by HR -Personal details to be entered -Hire details to be entered -Pay to be entered -Benefit scheme to be chosen 14. L-9 – partially filled by the candidate 15. L-9 – partially filled by HR and HR submits the form L-9 form fully submitted (Payroll Team) 16. To check contract and add any allowances necessary 17. To ensure employee is showing in next pay cycle
