Payslip Pasword

From January 2024, we have changed the way we share payslips with employees and the password used.

Passwords will now be inserted onto a PDF version of the payslip; no secure wallet will be used.

All passwords are now different per employee and contain XML Employee Number followed by the Last 2 digits of the Year of Birth.

For example:

XML Employee Number: 22-12345
Last 2 digits of the year of birth (1968): 68

Therefore, based on the above, the password will be 22-12345-68
