Reimbursements at Clinics that are not in the Hospital Network - UAE Local Provider (Adamjee)

For the hospitals that are not included in the hospital network, reimbursements are possible but only 80% of Actual Covered Cost, subject to a maximum of 80% of UAE Applicable Network rates will be reimbursed.

 

For Dental reimbursement – an additional 20% co-pay is applicable.

  1. Reimbursement form - Duly filled and signed by the treating doctor 
  2. Itemized bills
  3. Payment Receipts
  4. Medical reports
