Singapore - annual leave during notice period/termination
According to the local labour law in Singapore, if an
employee is dismissed on any ground other than misconduct before the employee
has taken all of his paid annual leave, the employer must pay the employee the
employee’s gross rate of pay in respect of every day of that leave not taken by
the employee.
Also, it can be offered to the employee to use the
leave balance during the notice period, however, this is subject to
employee's consent and the employee can refuse.
