The pensionable salary for employees in Switzerland, should be 80% out of their annual salary + commission target (variable pay).


Example: 
Annual Remuneration: CHF 100000
Variable Pay: CHF35000 
Pensionable Salary: 80%(100000+35000) = CHF 108000.
