Termination for Evergreen contract

Termination for Evergreen contract

A new field ‘Termination for Evergreen Contract’ has been added to all contract records when the Renewal Type is “Evergreen’. It’s Defaulted to ‘No’ and if changed to ‘Yes’ then the field with pop up to enter the ‘Contract End Date’.

So, if at any time you need to terminate an ongoing contract then you can change this field to yes and then the end date will pop up.  Once you have added the end date then save the contract.

Contract will remain active until the end date is reached and then will change to ‘expired’ post the contract end date.
