TriNet
Learn, powered by 360Learning, includes access to the following workplace
harassment prevention courses that have similar objectives but different
lengths to satisfy state training duration requirements.
These training courses are available in English and Spanish except the Canadian
course, which is available in English and French Canadian.
- The US Workplace Harassment and Discrimination (120
minutes) course is intended to satisfy the two-hour training requirement
for managers and all managers and non-managers working in Connecticut.
- The US Workplace Harassment and Discrimination (60
minutes) course is intended for worksite employees (non-managers) who work
in states with sexual harassment prevention training requirements and all
other states without general harassment training requirements.
- Note: Managers and
employees (non-managers) working in Connecticut should not take this
course as Connecticut requires that all employees take two hours of
training.
- The Bystander Intervention (Chicago) course
(60 minutes) explores the role bystanders play in preventing harassment,
discrimination and other misconduct. This course meets Chicago's bystander
training requirements.
- The Harassment and Violence at Work (Canada) course
(30 minutes) discusses what constitutes workplace harassment and workplace
violence as defined in Ontario Bill 168 and other applicable Canadian
provincial legislation.
The
two US workplace harassment training courses are compliant for states and
localities with sexual harassment prevention training requirements. Refer to
the Jurisdictions With Anti-Harassment Training Requirements table for
a summary of the jurisdictions with anti-harassment training requirements.
In addition, HR Authorizer role holders can access a Sexual Harassment Training
