As an EOR provider, that serves multiple clients with varying requirements, our offering works slightly different:
Health Plans
If you know and can share the current level of funding for each employee, we can match those with the preset tiers and advise.
Non-insured benefits If you’d like to retain similar benefits, like paid parental leave and/or your PTO policy, we can certainly apply those.
Risk benefits We can also offer to insure employees under our global Life and AD&D at very competitive rates (outside of the funding for health plans). Or employees can purchase it using their assigned monthly budget.
Retirement We offer 401K plan as well, separately to the above mentioned.
