USA Benefit Entitlements

As an EOR provider, that serves multiple clients with varying requirements, our offering works slightly different:

 

Health Plans

  • As the client, you choose the level of monthly funding (cost) you’d like to provide your employees (and their dependents, if you wish to do so), from a set number of funding tiers.
    • For example, a $1,000 for Employee / $1,500 for Employee + Family.
  • We assign this entitlement to the employee in our system.
  • Employee then select her/his desired plans from a large variety of options (by State) – a bit like shopping in s supermarket with a set budget 😊
    • Medical plans from Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Sheild, Kaiser, UHC and more.
    • Dental from Aetna, Delta Dental, MetLife and more
    • Vision from VSP and Aetna
    • Voluntary benefits and FSA/HSA

 

If you know and can share the current level of funding for each employee, we can match those with the preset tiers and advise.

 

Non-insured benefits

If you’d like to retain similar benefits, like paid parental leave and/or your PTO policy, we can certainly apply those.

 

Risk benefits

We can also offer to insure employees under our global Life and AD&D at very competitive rates (outside of the funding for health plans). Or employees can purchase it using their assigned monthly budget.

 

Retirement

We offer 401K plan as well, separately to the above mentioned.
