Countries where wet signature is required
Wet signature required
|
The
following procedure applies when wet signature is needed:
1. We get the agreements signed by
DocuSign.
2. We then ask the other party
(whether it’s client or employee) to print the electronically signed document,
add their wet signature x2 copies- and courier this to XML.
3. Optional: XML then signs with
wet signatures and couriers back to the client/employee.
Reasoning:
the DocuSign wet signature is enforceable against XML, if needed, so the
other Party doesn’t necessarily need a wet signature from XML.
Countries
where wet signatures are needed:
1. Germany
