Netherlands -Mandatory to Occupational Pension Scheme (STIPP)

Changes to the Netherland occupational pension scheme under STIPP (Stichting Pensioenfonds voor Personeelsdiensten).

Under Dutch law, specifically the Future of Pensions Act, all employees in the employment sector are required to transition to the updated pension scheme. This change is a legal requirement designed to make pensions more transparent and better prepared for the future.

Starting January 1, 2026, the new STIPP pension scheme will replace the current Basic and Plus schemes
