Overtime Rules in Colombia


- Daytime overtime (Monday to Friday) up to 6am is paid at time plus 75%, after 6am is paid at time plus 25%.  For any OT worked above 3hrs, up to 3hrs is paid at time plus 25%, anything above 3hrs is paid at time plus 75%


- Daytime overtime (Saturday & Sunday) after 6am paid at time plus 25%


- Night-time overtime (Monday to Friday) up to 7hrs paid at time plus 75%, anything above 7hrs paid at time plus 25%


- Night-time overtime (Saturday) up to midnight is paid at time plus 75%. anything from 00.00 (into a Sunday) is paid at time plus 150%


- Public Holidays (day) paid at time plus 100%


- Public Holidays (night) paid at time plus 150%
