In India, anyone earning up to 37,500 INR total monthly salary in India must contribute to PF.

Above that, they can opt out based on the form we have on JD.

 

We split the salary in India as per below: 

Basic salary-40% of Salary

HRA-50% of Basic Salary

Other allowances-40% of Salary
