The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) in New Zealand is a government entity responsible for administering the country’s no-fault accidental injury compensation scheme. This scheme, often referred to as the ACC scheme, provides coverage for everyone in New Zealand who suffers an injury due to an accident, regardless of how the accident occurred1. *This is a social Worker’s Comp type benefit and is levied through payroll tax*.
